How to cancel Netflix
Netflix has no cancellation fee and no minimum term. You cancel from your account page and keep streaming until your current billing period ends.
Netflix bills monthly on the same date each month, so cancelling shortly after a payment still leaves you with almost a full month of access.

- 2Under Membership, select Cancel Membership.
- 3Confirm the cancellation. The page will show the last day of access.

Frequently asked questions
Do I lose my profiles and watch history?
Netflix keeps your account details for 10 months after cancellation, so restarting later restores your profiles and recommendations.
Is there a partial refund?
No. You keep access to the end of the period you have already paid for instead of receiving a refund.
Can I pause instead of cancelling?
Netflix does not offer a pause option in the UK, but you can restart at any time on the same account.
